Mompoloki Lerumo Mogobe — widely known simply as “Momp” — is a distinguished attorney, investor, serial entrepreneur, and community leader whose career spans over three decades at the intersection of law, business, and leadership.

Momp’s reputation as a legal authority is grounded in a career of consistent excellence and leadership. Since 1991, he has served as Managing Partner at Lerumo Mogobe Legal Practitioners, one of Botswana’s most respected law firms, while also leading Mogobe Inc since 2000 as Managing Director. His legal practice has shaped the careers of numerous practitioners and contributed significantly to Botswana’s legal and business landscape.
Momp also dedicated eight years to public service as a member of the Independent Complaints Review Committee (ICRC), adjudicating procurement complaints under the PPAD Act framework (2013–2021). His decisions and contributions reinforced fairness, accountability, and transparency in national procurement.
