Mr. Mompoloki Lerumo Mogobe

Founder & Senior Partner
Our founder and Senior Partner is Mr.Mompoloki Mogobe. He holds an LLB from the University of Botswana and an LLM in International Trade and Banking from Washington College of Law. Mr. Mogobe is highly experienced in litigation, corporate and commercial work, having previously worked at Armstrongs Attorneys, Minchin & Kelly, and Pepper Hamilton & Scheetz in Washington D.C. He was also the managing Partner at Segopolo and Mogobe Legal Practitioners before establishing Lerumo Mogobe Legal Practitioners in 1991.Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a founding member of the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators.

Ms. Yabinda Nyirenda

Ms. Yabinda Thokozire Nyirenda, a Partner at our firm, holds an LLB from Nelson Mandela University and is an admitted Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer in Botswana. With over seven years of practical experience, she previously worked at Shaun Masimla Attorneys and Nkwe Attorneys. Ms. Nyirenda brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate law, property law, family law, and civil and criminal litigation, with a specialized focus on civil litigation.

Ms. Anita Shadi

Pupil Attorney
Ms. Anita Shadi is a dedicated pupil attorney who specializes in family law. She holds an LLB from the University of Botswana and brings two years of experience as a legal intern.
Ms. Shadi has a strong background in corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, and general litigation, making her a valuable asset to both our team and the clients we serve.
